  • The items presented for removal may be legally disposed of.
  • No liens, ownership disputes, or legal restrictions exist regarding the property being removed.

JUNK’D OUT LLC shall not be responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized removal requests.

5. Right to Refuse Service

JUNK’D OUT LLC reserves the right to refuse, stop, or cancel service at any time if:

  • Unsafe conditions exist
  • Hazardous materials are present
  • Customer behavior is abusive, threatening, or unsafe
  • Property access is restricted
  • Conditions differ substantially from those disclosed during the estimate process

6. Prohibited Materials

We reserve the right to refuse removal of hazardous, illegal, or unsafe materials, including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Paints and solvents
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Biohazardous waste
  • Medical waste
  • Explosives
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or ammunition
  • Fuel, propane tanks, or combustible materials

Customers are responsible for disclosing potentially hazardous materials before service begins.

7. Access and Site Safety

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the removal area.

JUNK’D OUT LLC may decline service if conditions present a safety risk, including but not limited to:

  • Structural instability
  • Animal hazards
  • Unsanitary conditions
  • Unsafe weather conditions
  • Restricted or blocked access

8. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointment times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Equipment issues
  • Previous jobs running longer than expected
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Customers should provide reasonable notice if an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.

9. Weather Delays

For the safety of our team and customers, services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to severe weather conditions.

10. Photographs and Marketing Use

Unless otherwise requested in writing before service begins, customers grant JUNK’D OUT LLC permission to photograph or record completed work for documentation, quality assurance, and marketing purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying personally identifiable information.

11. Customer Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, or other content to us, you grant JUNK’D OUT LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content for business and marketing purposes.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content.
